Define, version, simulate, and enforce the security policy applied to your API traffic — which detections run, at what sensitivity, and whether Blackbead observes or enforces inline. Governance is the write surface; it configures the BUILT AgentCop + PolicyGate, it doesn't reimplement them. Simulate runs against historical Monitoring data via the same query path, so the numbers reconcile.
