Exploitable first, latent second.

Every advisory matched against the running software version and the configured features. A version match alone is latent; it is only exploitable when the vulnerable feature is switched on. Ranked by risk — severity, KEV, device criticality and exposure.

Exploitable = affected version and the vulnerable feature is enabled — patch or disable now. Latent = affected version but the feature is off — not reachable today, becomes exploitable the moment someone turns it on. Confirm fixed release means the fix varies by sub-train; check the vendor advisory before planning the upgrade.
